Rizwan is responsible for THREON’s overall strategic direction, orchestration architecture, and partner alignment across complex energy and infrastructure transition programmes.
With a background spanning architecture, operations, and international advisory roles, he brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to large-scale transition, concentrating on programme structure, sequencing, and long-term execution readiness.
His focus is ensuring coherence across strategy, structure, and execution readiness.
