With a foundation in architecture and over a decade of experience in operations management and international consultancy, he bridges technical, commercial, and financial disciplines to steer large-scale energy transitions.
His focus is on creating cohesion between financiers, suppliers, and government stakeholders — ensuring every THREON project moves from concept to execution with precision and accountability.

Maria Ishtiaq
Volker brings over 30 years of experience in international business development and technology integration.
A former Managing Director and co-founder in secure-cloud software and telecommunications, he has led partnerships with clients such as Samsung Korea, Airbus, and Fraport.
At THREON, he provides strategic advisory on modular system integration, supplier alignment, and European technical collaborations — bridging commercial and engineering functions to strengthen THREON’s delivery capability.
